In most cases when we are working in non-English speaking countries, we fly in key client facing team members from the US, like producer, stage manager, teleprompter operator, graphics operator, and the lead audio tech. We source the rest of our team based on relationships we have. For instance, in most of continental Europe we use excellent German, Austrian and Swiss technicians who all speak English.
